I just wanted to email you to thank Pentagon once again (second time we've been in contact in a matter of weeks)! for such efficient service in dealing with my third party's insurers and for arranging my car repairs and replacement car so quickly and efficiently.

The customer service you provide has been so quick, efficient and courteous and I love the text message confirmations that you send.

Great idea.  What ticks all the boxes for me is that even though I live in Ruislip, you are still happy to pick up my car and bring it back.  Most companies would not be prepared to travel that distance.

So that is a real bonus not having to take the car to you.  The work was flawless and not forgetting to mention that the interior of the car was valeted to perfection.  Oh, and I forgot to mention the flowers!  It all seems too good to be true, but it is!

In a time where customers are treated as just a number by so many companies, it is so refreshing to see how you really do value YOUR customers and provide such an outstanding service on all levels.

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for your involvement in the repair of my damaged car. It is never an appetising thought to deal with these problems when they arise, but I must tell you that you were a delight to deal with. Despite me failing to get permits etc amended and forgetting to remove them from the hire vehicle, you remained calm, courteous and extremely helpful throughout, always trying to the best for me and consequently it made the exercise far more bearable than the usual frustrations that tend to occurduring these situations.
