The new Volkswagen Jetta
The new Volkswagen Jetta has been unveiled at Times Square in New York.
Based on the NCC (New Compact Coupe) concept car which made its debut at the Detroit Motor Show in January 2010, the new Volkswagen Jetta features greater space and the most advanced range of petrol and diesel engines yet.Other features of the Volkswagen Jetta are a dashboard featuring aluminium highlights sits ahead of a leather-trimmed three-spoke steering wheel. Every Volkswagen Jetta will feature an integrated multifunction display, air conditioning and a CD stereo system.

Powering the new Volkswagen Jetta is a range of advanced petrol and diesel forced induction engines. New to the Volkswagen Jetta is the 1.2-litre TSI engine producing 105 PS while the twincharged 1.4-litre TSI 160 PS engine mixing performance and economy is added to the range. The 1.4-litre TSI 122 PS and 2.0-litre TSI 200 PS continue unchanged. Diesel options consist of a 1.6-litre TDI 105 PS and a 2.0-litre TDI 140 PS engine.

Audi will unveil the new A6 exec in 2010 to compete with BMW 5-series and Mercedes E-class. This new A6 will be a significant new model: it’s the first mainstream Audi saloon to usher in a new construction method. So far Audi has offered aluminium construction on its lower volume cars, such as the R8, TT and A8, but the A6 will also get a multi-material space frame to improve handling, economy and emissions in the process.

The new Polo, Golf and Passat BlueMotion models
Volkswagen has released production versions of three new highly-efficient additions to its BlueMotion range ahead of Septembers Frankfurt Motor Show.
The new Polo, Golf and Passat BlueMotion models emits low CO2 while capable of travelling a minimum of 1350 kilometres on a single tank of fuel.
Each model features aerodynamic changes with a revised front bumper, sill extensions, lower ride height and relocated air ducts behind the grille elements.

Audi R8-structural repairer authorisation
As part of our ongoing commitment to the Audi brand, we are very proud to announce we are now only one of five Audi R8 structural repairers in the UK authorised by Audi.
This is effectively a second tier status up from the specialized Audi structural aluminium approval. To gain this, our aluminium trained panel technician had to carry out a two week training module at Audi’s intensive training facility at Neckarsulm in Germany. This is due to the special space frame technology used in the construction of the R8. We are extremely proud to have subsequently gained this very prestigious approval. Due to our success in the prestige repair market and to expand our specialist repair facility at Hatfield, we have now taken over the adjoining unit to our existing premises. This now gives us a further 3,500 sq/ft of workshop area in addition to the existing 7,000 sq/ft.
